I'm so happy I found Jackie at the start of lock down. The classes quickly became my life-line, a vital semblance of normality and connection to the outside world. I was worried I couldn't manage them as I hadn't done any excercise for years but with her encouragement and clever planning of classes I'm doing three classes a week and the change in my fitness and mental state is amazing. I can't thank Jackie enough for her impact on my life and I will continue with her as long as she does.
I stumbled on Jackie advertising a free zoom class and I thought why not. I'd recently joined a gym, which I wasn't enjoying, but had to stop going due to lockdown.
I won't lie, after the first session with Jackie I couldn't actually walk for 3 days.... Not saying I was unfit, but I may have tried a little too hard on that first session!...That was back in mid April and I VERY nearly never did another class, however, 3 sessions a week since then, I can really see and feel a difference. I soon realised the great thing is all the exercises are tailored to be completed by every fitness level and I should do the exercises at the level I was at, not the level that I thought everyone would expect me to be at. For example at the start, me even contemplating a sit up was impossible. I started with crunches and moved to a sit up when I felt ready. What was really nice was hearing Jackie's positive comments and encouragement, during the class, when I moved on to sit ups. I'm by no means fantastic at all the exercises yet, but I can push myself a little further each time with Jackie's encouragement.
It's not just the physical differences though. Having been furloughed since beginning of April, I've found getting up early, 3 times a week, and doing the classes has also helped with my mental health, giving me a reason to get up on those days and even spurring me in to do more exercise during the days I don't have a class.

I train with Jaqui since beginning of September. After post-lockdown weight gain and having been in the car crash in June, my fitness levels were pathetic. I was suffering from severe back ache and my left side was very weak. I have two weekly sessions and the difference is staggering. I can see how much stronger my body became (I was only able to light a 3kg weight to about 45deg angle and I can now lift it over my shoulder height and I can hold my plank 3times longer than at the first session) and my back ache is almost completely gone. She pushes me just hard enough to get results without loosing my will to live or risking injury. I feel much more energetic and stronger. Still long way to go, but we are getting there. I can really recommend her. She is a lovely lady, and she certainly knows her stuff.

I just wanted to give a shout out to an amazingPerson, Jacqueline Wilson. She has been my PT for the last 1.5 years since I had a car crash which made a lot of damage to my body and really made huge difference in my life. There is so much pressure to ‘achieve a perfect body’ etc, but hardly ever anyone talks about the impact of exercise on mental health. I regularly suffer from anxiety and low moods, especially this time of the regular exercise was tremendous. She always sets the paste just right not to cause injury but is challenging enough to push my limits. I’m stronger, more confident and really for the first time in my life I found joy of physical exercise. Really amazing person and PT. I hope she can help someone else.
